I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and loved the shower, well-equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, and cook-top, beautiful, clean and comfortable, and very spacious. The service was a mix of experiences; some staff were rude and unfriendly, especially the one working the desk the night we checked in, while others were so polite and friendly, making the overall service polite and efficient. The location was ideal, being near Sam Houston Jones State Park in the Lake Charles area. Although the dining experience could have been better with richer breakfast options, the facilities were top-notch.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the room to be ready, spacious, and I especially loved the shower. It had everything we needed and felt so nice and big. The service was top-notch, with staff being very polite and efficient. They even introduced themselves to us at breakfast this morning and made sure guests were satisfied. The location is ideal, being in the Lake Charles area and conveniently near Sam Houston Jones State Park. Although the dining could have had more options, the overall experience was on point. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a pleasant stay.
